Combo Upgrades: First beat the game, then while playing pause it and press and hold L and R and type in Y, B, Y, B

After pausing the game, hold down L and R at the same time, and then you can enter these codes:

Health: Y, Down, A, Up
Missiles: A, Down, Y, Up
Upgrades: A, A, Down, Down
